Shipping & Returns
Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same business day, unless otherwise stated, after 12pm the order will be shipped the following business day. In most cases goods shipped domestically within Australia will be received within 3-7 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
New Zealand and China orders are consolidated and dispatched every day. In most cases goods shipped to these locations will be received within 7 – 10 business days of shipping. We have no control over orders that are temporarily held at Customs and this may cause longer delivery times.
All orders placed through our online store have a unique tracking number. This will be sent to you at the time of dispatch, to the email address you have listed with us. You can keep track of your order via http://auspost.com.au/track/.
We will also notify you of updates to your order via the email address you have listed with us.

Delivery within Australia is free when you sign up to our email database. Charges will apply for delivery to New Zealand ($45) and Chinese destinations ($95). Overseas orders may be subject to customs Duties and Taxes, payable by you, the consignee. For other countries not listed please contact us directly on the above email address. Please note that orders placed overseas will be a minimum of six cans (one carton). No discount can be made on multiple orders of cartons due to weight restrictions and increased taxes.
Orders placed via our online store will be honoured with products with an expiry date of at least three months, unless otherwise stated in the product description. It is recommended that you read the product description for goods placed on promotion, or advertised at a special rate, closely to avoid disappointment.
Your privacy and security is important to us. The OLI6® online store provides a secure session within our shopping ‘Checkout’. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter through to the ‘Checkout’. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure.
When you click the ‘Place Order’ button, we send the credit transaction directly to the bank. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details
We would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason the goods are not what you ordered, damaged, not the right quantity, please contact us on Freecall Australia 1800 854 660, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the problem. Where a product has been chosen incorrectly or opened, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange consumable toddler products.
